The development of the site began with a detailed study of the needs of the audience and the key characteristics of the Turkish real estate sector. When developing the design, special attention was paid to ensuring that every detail reflects the ideology and key principles of the company, facilitating and making the process of choosing housing as comfortable and convenient as possible.

Logo and corporate identity: merging family values and brand

Before starting to develop the site, our team began creating a unique logo for the Nestin Property company.

The customer set us an interesting task: to combine in the logo the name of the company, which translated from English means “in the nest”, and the image of a mandala — a family heirloom of the owners, passed down from generation to generation.

Our designers successfully implemented this concept, depicting a bird in flight against the background of a mandala symbolizing a nest. In this image, the bird became a metaphor for travel, and the nest — a symbol of home warmth and comfort. The created logo not only met the customer’s expectations, but also won recognition among the target audience.

Clear hierarchy when creating a site structure

The website structure has been designed so that users can easily find the information and services they need. The home page functions as a portal, leading potential clients into the world of opportunities that Nestin Property provides. We have developed a logical and understandable structure of information, including sections with detailed descriptions of objects, a photo gallery and a section with news articles, for the convenience of users.

Features of the development: overcoming technical barriers

Cached data is often a stumbling block for many websites, especially in the real estate industry. Many developers and customers prefer to ignore this issue by regularly and manually clearing the cache.

However, we took a different route. Our back-end development experts have created a tool that automatically clears the cache on the user's device. By integrating this mechanism into the company's website, we have significantly improved the usability for both visitors and administrators.

With Laravel, website owners get almost unlimited possibilities. This framework allows you to easily scale the project by adding new functions within its logic. For Nestin Property, we used Laravel to create a page builder, which allowed us to develop 11 unique service pages while staying within budget.

In addition, we have supplemented the site with the “Individual selection of objects” functionality, which allows managers to create unique pages for each client.
